  Solid four star local joint. Dropped in here for a quick meal after a disappointing experience at another dining establishment. Saturday night, not crowded because it's more of a takeaway spot than a dine-in. If you need to sit and eat, there are a few tables nicely done up with bright red paper tablecoverings and comfortable wooden chairs.
  
  Fountain drinks or bottled sodas and juices, both kept cold, are on offer. Call in your pizza order or opt for ready-made slices in a rotating case by the register. Four different salad options for those who need a bit of greens. Fresh, tasty, and priced right. zpizza saved my night. Will definitely come back to try the other pizza varieties (looking at you, pepperoni) and the pear salad.

  Let me start by saying how many Yelpers like hair as an option of pizza toppings? Of course not me but I did had a hair strand baked in to my pizza I received today for a lunchtime delivery.  I was so disgusted and immediately called zpizza to complain about what happen. The female employee that I vented to offer a $5 discount for a future order if I like but was haggling about my receipt that I no longer have.  After explaining I did not have a receipt and told her reference my number I use to place the order she finally put me on hold.  A whole 10 minutes on hold thinking in my mind i will speak to a manager but no, the delivery driver got on the phone and was telling me I denied a receipt.  I was not going to expense out the lunch bill but wanted to treat several of my co workers and care less about keeping a receipt.  After arguing with him over a nonsense receipt I asked to speak to a manager.  No manager on duty so he offered to send me another pizza.  Honestly I would have settled with a sincere apology, an apology I never gotten.  Zpizza you have this on your menu now, a review on Yelp from me to you that will permanently be posted for others to read.

  TERRIBLE. Terrible TERRIBLE.
  The owner for this corporate Z pizza name is Luis
  The Manager name was Lily
  Let's see where to begin.
  The kitchen is joke and more of a hang out area.!!!
  
  The employees and manager eat in the kitchen.
  They make their own food for each other that they brought from home.  
  Manager doesn't know how to clean the knife after she is done using it and puts it back In the same spot for the cook to use later.
  That right there is cross contamination!!!!
  They also have a non employee that always comes by at 11:30am which then she gets served free food  and then she proceeds to eat in the kitchen along with the other employees.
  The cookies are not Home Made or fresh besides the first day they left out for three days and promote them as fresh Home made cookies when they are not.
  The ingredients that's on their to go boxes are also incorrect and false.
  Not fresh at all. most of it is frozen and also they don't use the Serve safe First in First out.
  Not to mention the owner.
  *The Mozzarella is not gluten free (contains dairy product)*
  The Staff is always I mean always on there phone.
  Which means they don't WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER THEY USE THEIR PHONES.
  Not to mention I never saw them wash their hands when the time called for it.
  After handing food after they ate food in the kitchen.
  The only hard working person there is the cook making the pizza.
  
  Next issue
  The tips are a joke
  So in the morning it's split three ways evenly
  Between the cashier and the cook and the delivery person.
  But in the evening the delivery person depending on the cook doesn't get a fair and equal share of the tips.
  Per the Manager Lily.
  Let's move on to the owner.
  This was a message I received from him.
  You can read it your self
  But let's sum it up
  He said to not contact him anymore.
  I was simply asking him my schedule for the first time and he snaps at me.
  Super rude and don't know why he treated me that way.
  
  No I must say they do have great Customer Service.
  ( beside for the customer who get their Pizza delivered because they only give 4 packages of cheese for a 16 inch  whole pizza that's their firm rules off the fact  that the Owner Lewis or was it Luis "gets upset when you put more he will yell at you"
  As Lilly spoke towards  the new  Deliver guy)
  I can't lie there.
  The same owner  (Lewis or was it Luis )
  does make it a point that him and his staff take care of the customers.
  To the point they serve the customer with their food and drinks and condiments as if it was a fine dining restaurant.
  
  The food is is average and over priced for the classic pizzas
  You can get better Pizza at Costco for those classics.
  They have a California pizza which is the same as Costco Pizza but taste worse.
  The only Pizza worth the time and is worth the money is are the Signature Pizzas they have
  The Mexican and the ZCarnivore are amazing won't lie there.

  Hopeful it has helped you guys in choosing a different place that
  1. Follows Serve Safe rules and regulations.
  2. Promotes truthful products and food.
  3. Stops brining in non employees to the kitchen for a free meal ever day and then has then contaminated the kitchen with her dirty Work clothes she comes in.
  4. Treats new people better then what I experienced.
  5.  Wash their Hands more often !!!!!
  And wash utensils after they use them to prevent
  Cross Contamination!!!!!!!!

  Service-very good! I regret that didn't ask his name though, a guy in the cashier was very helpful and friendly! He helped me to choose pizza because it was my first time experience, and he explained kindly to me every thing I asked!
  Food- I got ZBQ pizza, it was so nice, crunchy crust with very fresh veggies and mozarella cheese..YUM!!
  Store- basically clean and cozy :)
  Overall quality- service was clear and fast, pizza tastes great, I would definitely come back for sure!
